April 1 Easter Service 4

What time are the worship services?

We host our main worship services on Sundays at 11AM.

How long are worship services?

Worship services typically last about 60 minutes. We open our CIT Cafe 30 minutes before the start of service where people are invited to enjoy coffee, light refreshments and connect with our CIT Community. Come and enjoy a free cup of coffee on us!

Children need to be picked up by parents/guardians immediately at the close of the service.

What is the music like?

We have rotating worship leaders who lead us through God-centered, band led, upbeat and very lively modern worship music. This is usually a combination of modern songs and a few classic hymns. You are welcome to stand, sit, kneel, dance, sing or observe as you feel comfortable participating.

What is the teaching like?

We have three teaching pastors: Nigel Tomes, Del Martin and Ian Brinksman. They present Bible teaching with humour, wisdom and boldness. Our pastors take great care to address the diverse audience of seekers, skeptics, strugglers, and believers.

Where do I take my children?

We welcome your children! During Sunday services, there are age specific programs for children from 3 months of age through grade 5. For new families with children, we have our Kids Check-In directly in the Lobby. Welcome materials and personnel are available to assist you and to make your family’s visit safe and fun!

What if I have a baby?

CIT is bustling with babies! We have an excellent nursery program and facilities, well-staffed with caring volunteers. Nursery care is available to you even on your first visit to CIT. Of course, if you wish to keep your baby with you during the service, you are welcome to do so.

Is there a dress code?

Nope. Our desire is for people to feel comfortable “as they are” when they come to worship. We have people who attend in every style of clothing, from more formal attire to completely casual.

If I’m new to CIT, will I be centered out?

Not at all! We have many visitors each week who join our worship services so you won’t be alone. You also won’t be asked to identify yourself but we do offer information for those who would like to know more, request contact from the church, or get involved in our programs. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
