All Eyes on the Lamb

Echoes of Eden

28 Jul All Eyes on the Lamb

This week we look at the Passover in Exodus 11-12. It is attached to the last of the ten plagues that God sent upon Egypt in order for his people to be released from slavery and bondage. The Lord said he would pass through Egypt at midnight and the firstborn male in each family would die. But, if a lamb was slain and its blood was painted on the outside door posts and lintel, then God would Pass Over that household. The lamb was a substitute for the firstborn. When Jesus came to save people from the slavery to sin, he became a substitute for all. Is he your Saviour?
